Description

The consultation is launched in the form of an open invitation to tender in accordance with Articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code (CCP). The contract is a lump sum contract. The services will be provided under a single contract. Pursuant to Article L. 2113-11 of the Public Procurement Code, the decision not to allocate this contract is justified on the following grounds: the subject of the contract does not allow separate services to be identified, since the constraints relating to the contract do not allow separable services to be identified. The contract must be handled by a single candidate in order to guarantee its homogeneity and technical consistency. There is no provision for the contract to be broken down into tranches.
