Chile - Consulting in organizational structure design

Description

To develop a consultancy to propose to the Service a new organizational structure based on the process approach and oriented to better support the implementation of the mission, strategic objectives and institutional values, as well as to promote the gradual transition to the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 21,302.

The consultancy also includes the requirement of a methodology to analyze and determine staffing levels, considering the current regulatory framework, potential legal modifications, strategic definitions, job structure analysis and other relevant indicators and variables. It will also require a proposed family of positions and a dictionary of transversal and specific competencies, consistent with the expected differentiating values and practices, and compatible with the redesign of processes and structure.
