Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical support consultant services in the field of environmental protection related to the construction and operation of the Central Communication Port as well as functionally and technologically related projects.
The subject matter of the contract covers the provision of the following services: Part A. carrying out the analysis of the zero (baseline) environmental condition; Part B. environmental proceedings - preparation of documentation for the purposes of administrative proceedings for the Investment related entirely or partly to environmental protection and necessary for the Contracting Authority to complete an application for obtaining a decision on the determination of the location of the CPK and applications for the issuance of construction permits, including representing the Contracting Authority in the proceedings in question - depending on the decision of the Contracting Authority (the decision concerns the performance of the function of a proxy), as well as possible support for the Contracting Authority in the course of court-administrative proceedings in the scope resulting from the prepared documentation and conducted administrative proceedings; Part C. support for the Contracting Authority in the scope of Environmental Protection Aspects for timely and correct planning and design of the Investment. The Contractor will cooperate with the multi-discipline integrated design team (IPP) in developing a master plan and assumptions for the design documentation in order to integrate environmental protection aspects and environmental solutions as basic elements of the design process, related to, among others, mitigating the impact of the investment on the environment, contacts with local communities, respect for the principle of sustainable development.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been indicated in the OPZ (Volume III of the ToR).
