Canada - Consultant Services for Carnduff – Kitchen Renovation - Sunset Haven Care Home

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE(S): Prime Architectural services to design a new addition to the facility along with the redevelopment of the existing kitchen and dining room space to improve the operating conditions for the food services. The existing area has been maintained for an extensive period of time and has aged out considerably both in terms of its functional capabilities and physical conditions.
RELATED DELIVERABLES AND WORK PRODUCT: Prime consultant Bid Plans and Specification including sub-consultant work and a Class 4 Construction budget and Schedule. Include descriptions of all documentation, work product, goods or other deliverables that are required in connection with services. Include services to construction completion including regular inspections.  Include all services highlighted from the Sequence of Basic Services Agreement (attached as Appendix F).
Additional service on top of basic services listed in Appendix F to be: models or perspective renderings after design development stage, detailed construction cost estimate after construction documents.
Setup and host monthly meetings with owner during the course of design, attend biweekly/weekly construction meetings as required (to be hosted by contractor) during course of construction.
SITE MEETING: A MANDATORY site meeting has been scheduled for April 24, 2024 at 11:00 AM (Saskatchewan Time) and meeting at the front entrance.  All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
