Description
In cooperation with regional partners, the Climate Protection and Energy Agency of Lower Saxony (KEAN) has been offering free impulse consulting for SMEs on the use of solar energy since March 1, 2018. As part of a cooperation project between the LandesSportBund Niedersachsen e.V (LSB). and KEAN, sports clubs in Lower Saxony can now also apply for an impulse consultation solar.
In an approximately two-hour on-site appointment with a tour of the building, the suitability of the building for the use of solar energy (photovoltaics and solar thermal energy) is examined. This examination includes the dimensioning of the power to be installed as well as the general conditions for the possible use of a storage tank. The sports club receives a final report on economically feasible measures, funding programs and the next steps for implementation. The aim is to motivate the clubs to use or lease suitable roofs for their own purposes and to explain to them the economic viability and the legal framework of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems in relation to the club's property.
The consultation takes place manufacturer, offerer and selling neutrally. The consultants (m/f/d) can charge 750,00 Euro gross for their consulting services.

The next KEAN solar training is expected to take place in early September 2022. Subsequently, the LSB will offer the above-mentioned online short training.
