Description

The overall aim is to improve Jamaica’s domestic, regional, and global connectivity by supporting sustainable investments and know-how to upgrade air transport structures and services for the more reliable and efficient movement of people and goods. That is, to improve air transport services in Jamaica through effective planning and preparation. 

The consulting firm should explain in detail the methodology they propose to use and demonstrate the compatibility of the methodology with the successful execution of the project. That is, the consulting firm should demonstrate its reputation for competence in the delivery of similar projects, timeliness and quality of performance and quality of work product. 

The consultant firm’s proposal should clearly outline how each item of the civil aviation master plan (CAMP) will be undertaken and show a specific understanding and familiarity with the requirements of this project, and how to tackle them. The consulting firm should also detail its approach to data collection, analysis and the involvement of stakeholders.
