The Ministry of Land Transport and Light Rail is inviting bids from eligible potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius and international Consultants through the Government eProcurement System for the Consultancy Services of the Study, Design and Recommendations for the implementation of an Adaptive Traffic Control System [ATCS] in Mauritius. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: Transport/IFB/2024/332 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. To submit bid on-line on the e-Procurement (e-PS), it is mandatory for bidders to use a Digital Signature Certificate for the e-Procurement class. The DSC can be procured from MauSign Certification Authority by applying online on the website https: //mausign.govmu.org. Bidders are advised to procure their DSC well before preparing the bids as it may take up to four days to obtain the DSC. Bidders requiring support to prepare and submit bid on the e-PS are kindly requested to contact the Help desk of the Procurement Policy Office on email eprocdesk@govmu.org 5. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule. 6. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given below. 7. The Ministry of Land Transport and Light Rail reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
