Description

The subject matter of the contract is: "Modernization of 2 pieces of thermal centres with construction of 2-functional centres (DHW 2 zones) of power 235kW in a multi-family residential building at 5 and 7 Stroma Street in Bydgoszcz". - dismantling of existing (old) heat substations owned by KPEC,- construction of 2 heat exchanger stations for central heating and hot water (2 zones), of the capacity of 235kW each (from Contractor's own materials),- making new electrical installations in the rooms of the heat exchanging stations including connection of switchboards,- making grounding of the equalizing busbar for the heat exchanging stations,- assembly, connection and start-up of the heat exchanging stations to the technological and electrical installation of the heat exchanging station. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with electrical switchboards with ECL Comfort 310 controllers, 2 pieces. 2, to be received from the Automation Department of KPEC.Detailed description is contained in the SWZ and in the attachments.
The scope of the contract includes: Dismantling, construction, assembly, connection and start-up of a heat distribution node for a building located in Bydgoszcz:Part no:1 Task name: node in building no. 5, Stroma street; Node type: dual-function node /sewer section 2 zones/ IMPORTANT: apply the appropriate VAT rate, as per applicable regulations. The order does not include construction works consisting in the adaptation of the node room (e.g. tiles, doors). Construction works shall be performed in compliance with: 1.Principles of technical knowledge, currently binding provisions of the Building Law together with its executive acts and regulations of occupational safety and health."Technical Conditions for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Part E: Sanitary Installation Works, Book 1 - Heat Distribution Units" published by Building Research Institute". 3.1.Execution of the heat substation with necessary instrumentation (metering, protections, etc.), insulation, Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation, and telemetry, according to the documents indicated in pt IV/2, along with accompanying works and works arising during the contract performance not provided for in the aforementioned documentation but necessary for its execution, taking into account the costs associated with the contract subject execution. 3.Dismantling of the existing (old) heat substations owned by KPEC,4.Connection of the electrical substation - received from the KPEC Automation Department and distribution of the necessary electrical, Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation (AKPiA) and lightning protection installation subject to acceptance,5.Assembly, connection and start-up of the heat substation to the technological installation (central heating, 6.The contractor should include the full scope of electrical and Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation works, which enable commissioning of the heat substation, in accordance with the applicable regulations. 7.Providing instructions for the user of the constructed heat substation. 8.Preparation and agreement with KPEC (Department of Conditions and Documentation) of the operation manual for the constructed heat substation. As-built documentation should include the operation manual for the constructed node agreed upon by KPEC, along with a protocol of agreement. 9. Application of Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation devices communicating with the monitoring system used by KPEC via Modbus TCP protocol. 10. Performing initial adjustment and parameterisation of controllers and introducing design settings. 11. Performing initial adjustment of the CH pump and configuration for the KPEC monitoring system. 12.12. Drawing up a commissioning protocol of AKPiA (Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation) with a map of parameter registers for the KPEC monitoring system. 13. Drawing up a list of main devices of the constructed node (including technical parameters, types, manufacturer and quantity) and forwarding it in an editable version to the IT department (e-mail: inwestycje@kpec.bydgoszcz.pl) on the day of the final acceptance at the latest.Supplying the Contracting Authority with as-built documentation prepared by authorized: designer and verifier (2 copies in hard copy and 1 copy in electronic version) - according to appendix no. 1 to the contract.Detailed description is contained in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and in appendices.
