The subject matter of the contract is: Reconstruction of the trunk network DN 600 from Łęczycka 15 to Łęczycka 37 Street in Bydgoszcz - zad. 3.5, executed under the project named "Increasing energy efficiency by reconstruction and thermal modernization of heating network in the city of Bydgoszcz - stage I". co-financed by the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, Priority Axis I Reducing the emissivity of the economy, Measure 1.5 Efficient distribution of heat and cold.The scope of the contract includes:- Development and approval of the Traffic Organization Design- Reconstruction of DN 600 mains network to a new one made in the technology of preinsulated pipes with impulse alarm installation along with construction of teletechnical ducting,- Connections to the connection with a diameter of 2xDN125- Adaptation of the existing K-524 chamber to the requirements of the preinsulated system.Details can be found in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
While preparing the material and financial schedule and performing the works, it is necessary to take into account the shutdown of the Combined Heat and Power Plant, which falls from 18 to 27.06.2022. In connection with other planned investments related to the necessity of shutting down the heat distribution networks, we would like to inform you that the technological works related to switching the networks for the purpose of the execution of the investment in question will be possible only on the dates specified in item VII of the SWZ. In such a case, the Contracting Authority shall inform that it allows tenders where particular materials/equipment listed in the design documentation can be replaced with equivalent materials/equipment. The Contracting Authority will consider equivalent products to be those that have no worse technical parameters than those indicated by their own names, and their use will in no way affect the proper functioning of the technical solutions provided for in the design documentation.2. testing of welds must be carried out using a non-destructive method (100% of welds) with a minimum of ultrasonic, unless the design provides for a more accurate method (e.g. radiographic).3. the Contractor is required to include in the bid price - execution of tight chain crossings in the place where the pipelines enter the building/chambers (through the external wall), laying of concrete relief plates over the pipelines of the network/connection in places located under hardened surfaces (designed and existing: parking lots, roads, sidewalks) when the cover of the pipelines is less than 70cm, even if this is not provided for in the design documentation.4. The Contracting Authority requests that a bid cost estimate be submitted with the bid, which will be informative and auxiliary. Failure to submit the cost estimate shall not be grounds for rejecting the bid.The subject matter of the contract shall be performed in compliance with: 1. the Construction Design and the Detailed Design, hereinafter referred to as "CI", constituting Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ.2. the List of Materials - as an auxiliary tool.3. the principles of technical knowledge, currently binding provisions of the Construction Law together with its executive acts and safety regulations.4.Execution of the subject matter of the contract includes, in particular:1. execution of the heat connection specified in item IV/1, in accordance with the documents specified in item IV/2, together with the accompanying works and works arising during the execution of the contract, not provided for in the aforementioned documentation, but necessary for its execution, taking into account the costs associated with the execution of the subject matter of the contract, referred to in item IV/6.The materials necessary for the performance of the contract shall be purchased and delivered to the building site by the Contractor.Materials must be brand new, not used, with manufacturer's warranty, meet the requirements of the Act of 16. 04. 2004 on construction products (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1570, as amended) along with implementing regulations to this Act and must have a declaration of conformity with a standard or technical approval (concerning construction products marketed before 1 July 2013) or copies of declarations of performance in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (concerning construction products marketed after 1 July 2011). Each batch of materials must be received and accepted by the Contracting Authority's representative before being incorporated.
