The subject matter of the contract is designing and construction of crossings for cyclists at the following intersections with traffic lights: 1) Witosa Avenue - Wiktora St. - Wyspiańskiego St., 2) Piłsudskiego Avenue - Cieplińskiego St., 3) Batalionów Chłopskich Avenue - Przemysłowa St., 4) Batalionów Chłopskich Avenue - Langiewicza St., 5) Powstańców Warszawy Avenue - Hetmańska St.
The contract covers the design and construction of crossings for cyclists at the following intersections with traffic lights:1) al. Witosa - ul. Wiktora - ul. Wyspiańskiego, 2) al. Piłsudskiego - al. Cieplińskiego, 3) al. Batalionów Chłopskich - ul. Przemysłowa, 4) al. Batalionów Chłopskich - ul. Langiewicza, 5) al. Powstańców Warszawy - ul. Hetmańska.Note!Pursuant to Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels, the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of automotive vehicles within the meaning of Article 2(33) of the Act of 20 June 1997. - Road Traffic Law used in the performance of this task must be at least 10%.The Contractor shall include in its offer material benefits resulting from the takeover of demolition materials.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified by :1. the Functional and Utility Program,2. the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement with annexes - constituting appendices to the specification (available in separate files).
