The subject matter of the present contract are construction works within the scope of the project "Elimination of low emission in Bytom in the years 2020-2021". - Contract V - Construction of district heating networks (2022) - task entitled:. "Z6A.20, Z6B.20 Connection to the district heating network of the building at ul. Korfantego 8, 8a in Bytom".The project is co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 Priority Axis I Reducing the emissivity of the economy, Measure 1.7 Comprehensive elimination of low emissions in the Province of Silesia, Sub-measure 1.7.2 Efficient distribution of heat and cold in the Province of Silesia.The scope of works includes construction of a heating connection to the building at 8, 8 a Korfantego Street in Bytom with a total length of 92.5 m and construction of 1 heating substation.

"Z6A.20, Z6B.20 - Connection to district heating network of building at 8, 8a Korfantego Street in Bytom".The scope of works includes construction of heating connection to the building at 8, 8 a Korfantego Street in Bytom with total length of 92,5 m and construction of 1 heating substation.Detailed description of the contract has been included in Part II of SWZ - OPZ with annexes.1The Contracting Authority defines the following deadlines for the performance of the contract subject: a) Commencement of construction works will take place no later than 7 days after taking over the construction site. b) Delivery of the material should be reported for acceptance after taking over the construction site and after fulfilling the conditions specified in ZPK (Terms of Reference). c) Technological works enabling heat supply to consumers should be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.10.2022 (the scope of the technological works has been specified in ZPK, appendix no. 6 to the Contract).d) Final works shall be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.01.2023 e) Completion of the subject matter of the contract - by 8 months from the conclusion of the contract, 2) The Ordering Party shall set the date for the commencement of acceptance actions and shall notify the contractor in writing or by e-mail within 5 days of receiving the notification, indicating the place and date of the commencement of acceptance actions, which shall commence within 14 days of the receipt of the notification.3 .The acceptance activities will be prepared by the contractor: a) a protocol without comments - the basis for issuing an invoice,b) a protocol with comments - not constituting the basis for issuing an invoice, not resulting in the imposition of contractual penalties,c) a protocol with negative results - not constituting the basis for issuing an invoice, resulting in the imposition of contractual penalties after exceeding the deadlines for completion.4.
