the open procedure relates to the joint procurement of design and works execution activities referring specifically to the awarding of the executive design activities and all works for the implementation and commissioning of the intervention called "Bubano plant site: new potabilization plant associated with the Castel Bolognese water supply system" and optimization of industrial treatment, as well as the executive design and all works for the implementation and commissioning of the intervention called "Bubano plant site: visitors building" in the Municipality of Mordano (BO).
For completeness of information, please refer to the full call for bids available at the link www.gruppohera.it/fornitori/bandi/, in particular, please refer to what is prescribed in point II.2.4) of the notice itself.Joint tender for design and works execution activities referring specifically to the awarding of the executive design activities and all works for the implementation and commissioning of the intervention called "Bubano plant site: new potabilization plant associated with the Castel Bolognese water supply system" and optimization of industrial treatment, as well as the executive design and all works for the implementation and commissioning of the intervention called "Bubano plant site: visitors building" in the Municipality of Mordano (BO).The total amount of Euro 24,672,554.68 (twenty-four million six hundred and seventy-two thousand five hundred and fifty-four/68) net of VAT, indicated in II.1 above.5) is broken down into the following services:Main Performance - "Works": Euro 23,949,901.48 (twenty-three million nine hundred and forty-nine thousand nine hundred and one/48) net of V.A.T. for the works as a whole, plus Euro 389,815.89 (three hundred and eighty-nine thousand eight hundred and fifteen/89) net of V.A.T.V.A. for safety costs referred to the works not subject to bidding discounts.In particular, the works that constitute the subject of the contract can be summarized as follows:- Construction of a new civil potabilization plant: - Optimization of the present industrial treatment, through the construction of a new gravity sand filtration section;- Construction of adequate sludge treatment for the entire plant site;- Construction of the visitors building.For the specific indication of the composition of the contract as to the Main Performance - "Works", with an indication of the relevant categories, both prevailing and sub-categories, please refer to the table in paragraph k) of point III.1 below.3) Professional and technical capacity of this tender notice.Secondary Performance - "Design": € 332,837.31 (three hundred thirty-two thousand eight hundred thirty-seven/31) net of VAT for professional design services (including accessory charges and expenses).
