Description
The client, WKT Immobilien GmbH und Co KG, intends to rebuild the Imst district office and the WIFI Oberland. The new building will be designed as a reinforced concrete structure with a curtain-type wooden façade. The construction project is to be completed by March 2024. The construction project will be implemented in three successive construction phases. The trade subject of the invitation to tender comprises the areas of heating, sanitation and ventilation. The start of construction is planned for March 2022.
