Sewage, water and gas systems
The department of real estate management for new buildings of the city of Erkrath and the office 23 for structural and civil engineering of the district of Mettmann are jointly planning the construction of two new schools in the district of Hochdahl, including additional buildings and the associated outdoor areas for school and neighborhood needs. The construction project consists of a three-grade elementary school (two buildings GS 1, GS 2), a community house (GH), a special school (two buildings FZ 1 and FZ 2), a two-sport gymnasium (SH) as well as the associated schoolyards, parking spaces and an outdoor area (campus path), which will be available to the public.This tender "gas, water, sewage (sanitary)" refers to the buildings GS 1, GS2, GH and SH. A kitchen is planned for the community building (GH). All drainage objects located below the backflow level will be secured against backflow by means of lifting units (2 pieces). All basic pipes will be made with PP-MD pipes (polypropylene with mineral additives). The sewage pipes in the building are to be made as cast iron drainage pipes (SML), within the pre-wall installations PP pipes (HT drainage pipe) are to be made. Wastewater pipes for greasy wastewater, especially in the kitchen area, are planned as coated cast iron drain pipes (KML). An external grease trap (NG 4/NS 4) including the necessary sampling shaft and a pumping station is planned for the kitchen.The rainwater drainage of the entire campus area will be diverted via new wastewater pipes into the Mahnerter Bach stream. For this purpose, the connection to a sand trap has already been made in a preliminary measure. The existing manhole structure still has to be supplemented with additional superstructure parts.The buildings GS 1, GS2 and GH are supplied via a common drinking water connection. The double sports hall (SH) will have its own drinking water connection. Water softening systems are planned for drinking water preparation.Hot water preparation will generally be decentralized by means of electric instantaneous water heaters. The only exception is the double sports hall (SH), which will draw its hot water from a fresh water station. The sanitary objects are part of the invitation to tender.This invitation to tender also includes all the necessary fastening and assembly structures as well as fire protection ducts, insulation and isolation.The maintenance is ordered "optionally". However, the item "Maintenance" must be offered and is included in the total bid price for the evaluation.
