France - Construction work for runways and landing strips

Description

This consultation concerns the partial renovation of the surface course of Runway 09R/27L (Runway 1), as well as the renovation of four Air Taxiways (ATLs) associated with this Runway. The ACLs concerned are Delta 3 (D3), Delta 6 (D6), Quebec 2 (Q2) and Quebec 3 (Q3).
The present consultation concerns the partial renovation of the surface course of Runway 09R/27L (Runway 1), as well as the renovation of four Air Taxiways (ATL) associated with said Runway. The four taxiways are Delta 3 (D3), Delta 6 (D6), Quebec 2 (Q2) and Quebec 3 (Q3), and are included in an optional tranche.The Project is located to the north of the Paris-CDG platform, and is divided into three main rights-of-way:- Runway 09R/27L itself, located between Delta and Quebec tracks in the South and Kilo track in the North, on grid areas 8-25/C-E;- Tracks D3 and D6, located to the West of the A1 Motorway, on grid areas 10-11/E and 13/E respectively;- Tracks Q2 and Q3, located to the East of Runway 09R/27L, near threshold 27L, on grid areas 21/D and 22/D respectively.It includes the following services:- The demolition works of the existing infrastructures (planing of gullies, reprofiling or complete demolition of flexible and rigid structures with or without surfacing),- The necessary earthworks (including the resumption of the levelled and cleared strips in the right-of-way of the construction site),- The works of reinstatement of a wearing course on a part of the Runway 09R/27L- The work of resurfacing in flexible structure of the VCA D6, Q2 and Q3, The work of reconstruction in hydraulic concrete of the VCA D3,- The work of creation of asphalt overlay in the curves in the right of the existing roadways when necessary,- The work of creation of the necessary shoulders,- The work of reprofiling in asphalt of the existing structures preserved,- The work of implementation of transitional slabs at the connection between flexible structures and rigid structures,- The work of modification of the accesses to the LOC and GLIDE ILS of the Runway 09R/27L (the work on these ILS themselves being carried out by the DGAC/STAC and not being included in the present Project)- Civil engineering works for electrical and lighting equipment,- Daytime lighting works,- Temporary site lighting works, according to the project phases.The consultation is broken down into two technical sections:- Section n°1: infrastructure works- Section n°2: electrical and marking works
