France - Construction work for restaurants and similar establishments

Description

The purpose of the project is to provide a food and leisure complex for the storage, production and consumption of 3 meals a day for the 700 ration-holders of the Combani RSMA by 2025. To achieve this, the project calls for the construction of a fully-equipped kitchen, including areas for reception and storage, preparation and finishing, distribution and washing, as well as the necessary space for staff and technical equipment. The kitchen is complemented by 3 dining rooms, with adjoining pantries, maintenance rooms and terrace, as well as a management area comprising administrative offices.
