DAC.0003.2021 - executive design and contract execution of the structural improvement works to achieve seismic upgrading of the viaducts of the first functional lot Caltagirone-Niscemi necessary for the rehabilitation of the Caltagirone-Gela line. Single lot. CIG:864190559B, CUP:J64G18000140001; tender amount EUR 17 930 794,57 net of VAT, of which EUR 918 215,93 for charges relating to the implementation of safety plans, not subject to rebate.The validation of the project on which the tender was based took place with the note prot. no. RFI-DIN-DIS.CT\A0011\P\2020\0000588 of 9.12.2020.For a detailed description of the contract, please refer to the content of the subject matter of the agreement attached to the tender specifications.
The following are the amounts of the works to be carried out, including safety charges and excluding tax charges. categories as per D.P.R. no. 207/2010:i) OG3 (main category) for an amount of EUR 11,962,876.00; ii) OS21 (can be separated) for an amount of EUR 4,859,160.14; iii) OS23 (can be separated) for an amount of EUR 564,317.46; iv) LAR-002 (can be separated) for an amount of EUR 168,182.03. Category OG3 includes BOE equal to EUR 236,233.62. These services may be subcontracted only to firms meeting the requirements laid down in Ministerial Decree No 82 of 11.5.2015, ascertained by the competent office of the Ministry of Defence.The works to be designed fall, according to the list in the Ministerial Decree of 17.6.2016, into the following categories:- S.04 for an amount of EUR 249 933,34,- S.05 for an amount of EUR 121 189,53- V.03 for an amount of EUR 4 503,88,- P.03 for an amount of EUR 632,19.
