Description

Professional, selective and controlled dismantling of the combined heat and power plant II of Stadtwerke Duisburg AG at the Duisburg-Hochfeld site.
The power plant section to be deconstructed essentially consists of the smelting chamber boilers IIa and IIb with hard coal firing including boiler houses, the heavy construction, the machine house including turbine, generator, condenser, heat exchangers and pumps, the electrostatic precipitator and the flue gas duct system, the operating building, the intermediate building and all technical and structural facilities located in the buildings except for approx. -The demolition of the outer walls from approx. -2m below ground level and the demolition of the foundations are currently to be commissioned as an option and will be queried accordingly as an option. The client reserves the right, depending on the course of the negotiations, to delete the optional services from the catalogue of services to be offered before receipt of the final offers.the district heating lines in the basement of Block A will remain in operation.for further details, please refer to the information memorandum.
