Description

The subject of the Order is the turnkey construction of two gas-steam units with nominal gross electrical power ranging from 650 to 717MWe in PGE GiEK S.A. Dolna Odra Power Plant Complex (Block 9 and Block 10 pursuant to the draft Contract - Part III of the ToR). The subject of the contract covers, among others, design, delivery, construction and assembly, start-up and commissioning of two Blocks together with full underground and ground infrastructure, training of the Employer's personnel, warranty service for the Blocks and provision of maintenance services for two gas turbines during the Agreement Period within the meaning of Part IV of the ToR, within the scope described in Part II and Part IV of the ToR. The technological system of the planned units will be based on the single-shaft system of the solution - the so-called combined cycle gas-steam unit (CCGT) and consisting of the following generating units (each): gas turbine, generator, recovery boiler, steam condensing turbine. Blocks are required to be designed and constructed as units with high-methane gas fired natural gas turbines. Both generating units are required to have cogeneration capacity in the future for technological heat (in the form of process steam) and heating (in the form of district heating water) for the local heat market. The subject of the contract will be executed on a separate area located in the immediate vicinity of PGE GiEK S.A. energy facilities. The Contracting Authority specifies the requirements related to the performance of the Order pursuant to Article 29 paragraph 3a of the ToR: a) When accepting the Order for performance, the Economic Operator shall ensure that persons directly participating in the performance of the Order are employed on the basis of an employment contract (pursuant to Article 22 §1 and Article 25 §1 of the ToR, i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917 as amended), persons performing the activities described in Parts III and IV of the ToR.
