Description
The subject matter of this contract is design and execution of construction works as well as providing service for the investment entitled: "Construction of high efficiency cogeneration source in Jelenia Góra". The Contractor gives a guarantee for construction works. The subject matter of the contract, apart from design and execution of construction works, is also the inspection and repair service which guarantees that each of the generating units is fully operational for the period indicated by the Contractor in the offer (Tender Form), however, not shorter than 36 months. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been presented in Part III of the ToR, as well as results from the provisions of the model contract (Part II of the ToR).
