Full aisle of proceedings: Reconstruction of the existing 2xDN200/150/125/100/50 duct heating network to a heating network in 2xDN250/200/100/40 preinsulated pipe technology in the area of pl. Jana Pawła II, ul. Sokolnicza, Sikorskiego and pl. Solidarności in Wrocław. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the existing duct heating network 2xDN200/150/125/100/50 to a heating network in the technology of preinsulated pipes 2xDN250/200/100/40 in the area of pl. Jana Pawła II, ul. Sokolnicza, Sikorskiego and pl. Solidarności in Wrocław.
1 The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the existing 2xDN200/150/125/100/50 duct heating network in the area of Sikorskiego/Sokolnicza streets and pl. Jana Pawła II in Wrocław according to drawing IS1 of the Executive Project and reconstruction of the network in the building at Plac Solidarności 1/5/3 to the room of the thermal centre according to drawing IS8.1 of the Executive Project to a pre-insulated heating network 2xDN250/200/100/40 and traditional 2xDN100. (2) The subject matter of the contract is divided into 6 stages:2.1 STAGE I reconstruction of the existing 2xDN200 duct heat network into 2xDN250 preinsulated heat network from point K1 (existing chamber K-IIA/4/23) to point K2 (existing chamber K-IIA/4/23/1A). Length after reconstruction of the network 2xDN250 L= approx. 61.47mb 2.2. STAGE II reconstruction of the existing duct heating network 2xDN200/150 to a preinsulated heating network 2xDN250/200 from point K2 to point Z11 along with the repassing of the existing preinsulated connection 2xDN65 to the building Sokolnicza 40. Length after reconstruction of the network: 2xDN250 L=90.58mb and 2xDN200 L= approx. 45.25mb2.3. STAGE III reconstruction of the existing canal heating network 2xDN150 to a preinsulated heating network 2xDN200 from point Z11 under the roadway of Sikorskiego street to point Z14 (place of connection with the existing preinsulated network 2xDN200). The length of the 2xDN200 network after reconstruction of the network L= approximately 27.34mb.2.4 STAGE IV: Reconstruction of the existing 2xDN100 duct heating network into a 2xDN100 preinsulated heating network along the section from point K2 to point Z1.5 (entrance to the building at Solidarności 1/3/5 square), together with the interconnection of the existing 2xDN40 connection to the building at ul. Sokolnicza 32 and reconstruction of the traditional 2xDN100 network from point Z1.5 to the node in the building at Solidarności Square 1/3/5. Length of the preinsulated 2xDN100 network L=78.35mb, 2xDN40 connection L=1.87mb and traditional 2xDN100 network L= approx. 67.0mb2.5. STAGE V - submission of complete as-built documentation, final acceptance inspection.2.6. OPTIONAL STAGE VI - specified in the SWZZ and the model contract3. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the SWZ, the model contract, STWIORB, design documentation (Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ).4. The design documentation indicates the required minimum technical parameters of the system in pre-insulated pipe technology. Each Contractor is obliged to demonstrate that the system offered by him in pre-insulated pipe technology meets the minimum technical parameters specified by the Employer by documenting that the pre-insulated materials meet the requirements specified in the design documentation.5. the Contractor is obliged in the Bid Form - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ to indicate the name of the manufacturer and the name of the offered system of pre-insulated pipe technology;6. the Contractor shall provide a warranty and guarantee as follows:6.1 for the offered pre-insulated system and related construction works performed - the required warranty and guarantee period - at least 5 years.NOTE: The warranty and guarantee period for the pre-insulated system is the bid evaluation criterion: Warranty and guarantee period (G) described in Chapter XX of the SWZ. The Contractor may offer a warranty and guarantee term longer than the minimum 5-year term, which will be evaluated by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the rules for evaluation of the criterion: Warranty and guarantee term for the preinsulated system (G) in Chapter XX of the SWZ.6.2 For shut-off fittings - the required warranty and guarantee period - 5 years;6.3 for pavement restoration - the required warranty and guarantee period - 5 years or longer depending on the agreements with the owners of the site (agreements with the owners of the site are attached to the design documentation for the tender in question).7. The Contracting Authority does not make a reservation regarding the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks for the construction work.8. Contract completion date: 8.1 Phase V - Final acceptance by 15.12.2022.
