Description

The task "Trenchless reconstruction of A, B, G1 sewerage collectors in Płock" includes design and execution of reconstruction in trenchless technologies: a sanitary collector A with a length of 2 626.60 m and dimensions from DN300 mm to B/H = 800/1 400 mm, a sanitary collector B with a length of 1 877.90 m and diameters from DN 300 mm to DN 600 mm, a sanitary collector G1 with a length of 3 244.50 m and diameters from DN200 mm to DN600 mm along with modernisation of the existing sewage wells/chambers in the number of 182 pcs. (including side branch connections). The works also include restoring the site to its original condition (prior to the commencement of the Contract). The restoration of the site shall be designed and executed in accordance with: Ordinance No. 610/11 of the Mayor of the City of Płock of 30.6.2011 on the..: Introduction of the Instructions for restoring the surface within the road lane, damaged as a result of sewage, water supply, heating, gas, electricity, telecommunication works, etc., Ordinance No. 1868/2012 of the President of the City of Płock of 4.7.2012 on: Introduction of the Instructions for the performance of works related to the height adjustment of underground weaponry devices, the works should be carried out in a manner ensuring the minimisation of nuisance in road traffic during the performance of Works. Detailed requirements for Trenchless and traditional Trenchless Works are included in STWiORB. In consultation with the Contracting Authority, the Contractor (for each collector separately) shall select one settlement section, which shall be the first to be executed using a non-excavation method. Selection criteria: price - 60%, guarantee - 40%. In each criterion, a maximum of 100 points can be obtained. The Guarantee Criterion covers the shortest possible quality guarantee period required by the contracting authority (necessary condition) - 36 months, the longest possible quality guarantee period included in the assessment by the contracting authority - 120 months, and counts in full months. The most advantageous offer will be the one with the highest number of points, constituting the sum of points awarded in each criterion, taking into account the percentage weight of a given criterion, calculated according to the formula: P=Cx60%+Gx40%, where: C - number of points awarded to the tender evaluated in the "Price" criterion, G - number of points awarded to the tender evaluated in the "Guarantee" criterion, P - total number of points awarded to the tender evaluated.
