Description

As part of the implementation of the reconstruction of the district heating network, in particular:a) preparatory works, i.e. geodetic delineation of the route of the district heating network (without sections marked on the map according to Annex 9 to the ToR) and development of the construction site,b) ordering and delivery of pre-insulated fittings and district heating pipes and other materials and equipment necessary to carry out the subject of the order,c) use electrically welded sockets - it is allowed to use radiation cross-linked heat shrink sockets for diameters of the outer casing smaller or equal to Dz 160,d) installation of preinsulated heating network together with an alarm system in accordance with the design documentation and technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works from DN20-100 thickened preinsulated fittings and pipes with total length of heating network ~1220mb,e) lay a 2xRHDPE DN40/3.7 secondary sewerage secondary sewerage system for data transfer cables in accordance with the "Guidelines for the construction of secondary sewerage systems in the construction of district heating networks" and make a detailed installation as-built scheme with geodesic measurement,(f) testing of all (100 % of the number) of joints welded by visual and radiographic methods (if the radiographic method is not possible, penetration or magnetic-powder tests may be carried out with the consent of the Supervisor),g) strict as-built documentation of the alarm system, i.e. assembly diagrams, reflectometric diagrams, resistance measurements,h) strict as-built geodesic documentation of the district heating network, i.e. positions of all welds, land ordinates, rows of tops of district heating pipes and spacing of their axes, field sketches with appropriate signs allowing for their easy connection, geodesic documentation must be carried out on an ongoing basis as the installation works of the district heating network progress. The nominal diameter of the service pipe and the outer diameter must be given using a designation such as 2c600/800 for single pipes, c40+40/180 for double pipes and the symbol 2t40 for secondary sewerage; two continuous lines should be used for single pipe axes; before submitting as-built geodetic documentation to the geodetic resources, it should be approved by the Contracting Authority, dismantled heating networks should be removed from the map in the geodetic resources, and disconnected from operation should be marked as inactive; information about the completed task should also be submitted to the geodetic department in order to update the data in the geodetic register of the so-called "as-built". ZUD.i) if necessary, make a traffic organization project and set up road signs and information boards according to this project,j) reconstruct the surface together with renovation of the area to a state not worse than the existing one,k) waste management in accordance with the applicable regulations in this respect,l) secure the technical infrastructure in the place of intersections or close-ups to heat pipes in accordance with the requirements of owners / managers of this infrastructure,m) permanent marking of fittings, red power supply, blue return,n) if during the execution of the subject matter of the order collisions between the heating network under construction and the installations will be revealed: In the event that the Contractor is not able to use the water supply, sewage, gas, electricity, telecommunication, underground, above-ground or other construction objects placed underground, then the Contractor undertakes, in cooperation with the Contracting Authority, to determine the method and time of their liquidation. Disclosed collisions shall be removed by the Contractor, dismantled district heating networks shall be removed from the map in the geodetic resources, and disconnected from operation shall be marked as inactive,o) passages of pipelines through the walls of buildings shall be made according to the design together with waterproofing, Other order description according to Chapter III, points 2.3. part 1 p) to u) and 2.4. to 2.6. 3 to 9 ToR. Two continuous lines should be used to mark the axes of single pipes; before submitting as-built surveying documentation to the surveying resources, it should be approved by the Customer, dismantled heating networks should be removed from the map in the surveying resources, and disconnected from operation should be marked as inactive; information about the completed task should also be submitted to the surveying department in order to update the data in the surveying register, the so-called ZUD.i) if necessary, make a traffic organization project and set up road signs and information boards according to this project,j) reconstruct the surface together with renovation of the area to a state not worse than the existing one,k) waste management in accordance with the applicable regulations in this respect,l) secure the technical infrastructure in the place of intersections or close-ups to heat pipes in accordance with the requirements of owners / managers of this infrastructure,m) permanent marking of fittings, red power supply, blue return,n) if during the execution of the subject matter of the order collisions between the heating network under construction and the installations will be revealed: In such a case, the Contractor undertakes, in cooperation with the Contracting Authority, to determine the method and time of their liquidation. The Contractor is obliged to remove any conflicts that may occur,o) pass the pipelines through the walls of the buildings in accordance with the design, together with waterproofing,p) lead the constructed district heating network to the premises of the heat distribution centre, install welding ball valves and connect them to the heat distribution centre,The remaining description of the order in accordance with Chapter III, point 2.3. part 2 q) to w) and 2.4 to 2.6 and point 2.5. 3 to 9 ToR.
