Description

The work includes the realisation of an education and rehabilitation centre. The plot will be delivered empty by the client. The design of the work concerns 2 storeys with a total gross floor area of approximately 13,500 m2 (GLA). The design is characterized by 6 wings connected to a central corridor. The design provides space for the following functions: - education (approximately 7,000 m2), - rehabilitation care (approximately 3,700 m2), - sports halls (approximately 1,500 m2), - therapy bath (approximately 500 m2). The other surface consists of communal areas such as office space and traffic space. The tenderer provides the technical design at the start of the award phase. The agreement between the tenderer and the contractor consists of a traditional building contract based on UAV 2012.
