France - Construction work for military buildings and installations

Description

This contract covers the design and construction of a building complex consisting of a superstructure structure (operations building) and a semi-underground structure (underground command post) at Istres Air Base 125. This construction project will be carried out by means of a design-build contract awarded under a negotiated procedure with prior publicity within the meaning of Articles 64 to 66 of Decree 2016-361 on public defence and security contracts. the operations building will comprise approximately 4,700 m
floor space, mainly divided into administrative premises (offices, meeting rooms, archives, etc.).
The buried command post will have approximately 1 200 m
floor space, divided between operational, technical and accommodation premises.
The contract will include in particular:
- the design of the works in accordance with the programme,
- the construction of works including foundations and all technical constraints,
- the creation of outdoor facilities, parking spaces, VRD.
The mission entrusted to the holder will cover the following technical fields: structure, HVAC, electrical engineering, information and communication systems, fire safety, IEM (implementation of faraday cages).
