Construction of an industrial electrical building " Source Station (PS) ", on 3 levels and a semi-buried floodable technical space (about 1884 m2 SDP) and construction of an industrial electrical building " Substation Metal Envelope (PSEM) ", on 4 levels and a semi-buried floodable technical space (about 614 m2 SDP)

Creation of a duplex underground gallery for cable passage in a shielded trench. Creation of concrete HV and multitubular HTA ducts. Reinforced concrete structure, including high walls (10.30 m high) for the transformer cells. Specific grounding network for Enedis and RTE at the bottom of the excavation and around the perimeter, as well as in all the premises. Expansive green roofs (50cm high ground). Façades in tubes and metal cassettes. Exterior joinery in frames and steel curtain wall CF60 to 120. Numerous works of ironwork (grids, gratings, facade cladding). Hydraulic CF hatches. Irons, hoists and overhead crane. Motorized CF dampers. Metal doors and anti-explosion doors. Realization of heavy roadway. Consequent landscaping.> Specific points of the work site:- Work site with complex phasing (construction/demolition) and extended in time- Work site in dense residential urban environment, opposite a school- Work site close to live electric works- Site in floodable zone, project conceived in the respect of the PPRI- Clean work site charter> Provisional phasing of the works:GC Phase 1: Construction of the PSEM building + TR613 lodge and HTA building: February 2024 to December 2025Interruption 1 : January 2026 to December 2027 (24 months of interruption)GC Phase 2: Demolition of BI and construction of TR611 lodge: January 2028 to November 2028Interruption 2: December 2028 to May 2030 (18 months of interruption)GC Phase 3: Demolition of old 611/612 lodges and construction of TR612 lodge: June 2030 to June 2031Interruption 3: July 2031 to July 2032 (12 months of interruption)GC Phase 4: Demolition of old HTA building & development of green spaces: August 2032 to January 2033
