Poland - Construction work for hospital facilities

Description

(1) The subject matter of the order is construction work related to the reconstruction, expansion, superstructure and thermal modernization of the Municipal Hospital building located at 3 Słoneczna Street in Rabka - Zdrój along with technical infrastructure and construction equipment. (2) All requirements for the subject matter of the contract are described in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ. (3) Due to the limited number of characters, detailed information and documents relating to the conducted proceedings are available on the Employer's website https://szpitalrabka.pl/ in the Tenders tab.
(1) The subject matter of the contract are construction works related to the reconstruction, expansion, superstructure and thermal modernization of the Municipal Hospital building located at 3 Słoneczna Street in Rabka - Zdrój along with technical infrastructure and construction equipment. (2) The contract includes in particular: - execution of all construction works in the scope of reconstruction, expansion, superstructure, thermal modernization. - execution of a water supply system with an existing reserve drinking water tank of capacity. 10 m3, - execution of the sanitary sewer system, - execution of the rainwater drainage system, - execution of the electrical system, - execution of the external lighting system, - execution of the mechanical ventilation system, - execution of the external medical gas system, - execution of the air conditioning system, - reconstruction of the internal gas system, - execution of the low-current installations - execution of the land leveling, - execution of the paving of the internal communication and the solid waste collection area, - demolition of the structure of the multi-storey terrace and external stairs adjacent to the hospital building, - construction of retaining walls. 3 NOTE!!! The attached documentation for the subject of the contract contains a broader scope than that covered by the subject of these proceedings, i.e.: The room where the operating room, the sluice room and the staff preparation room marked 2.45; 2.45a; 2.46; 2.47; 2.48; 2.48z should be carried out to a closed state, i.e. carpentry, electrical installations, low current, plumbing, ventilation, medical gas installation. The remaining scope will be the subject of a separate procedure. At the same time, the ordering party informs that the exit from the public road from Poniatowskiego Street has been made, along with a retaining wall secured with protective arch balustrades. Internal communication at the realized exit was made in the form of a substructure. (4) The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract, the method of execution of the contract and the Contractor's obligations are contained in Annex No. 1 to this Terms of Reference, which includes the design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (hereinafter abbreviated as STWiOR), the bills of quantities for works and the scope excluded from these proceedings. (5) The bills of quantities of works have been included as an auxiliary element, with the proviso that they are for illustrative and informational purposes only and should be treated as auxiliary to the design documentation and the STWiOR, when determining the actual scope of works comprising the subject matter of the contract.
