Description

Design and construction of the extensions to the M. BRES building and development of the Argenteuil Hospital site.
The contract includes the design and construction of the entire building as well as the development of the entire 3.5 hectare site dedicated to the project (roads, overhead and silo parking, green spaces, logistics yard, underground technical networks).The programme includes the reconstruction of the following elements:- the technical platform: emergencies, critical care, obstetrical unit, imaging and interventional unit,- the outpatient platform: day hospitalisations, consultations, functional explorations,- the nine adult accommodation units, three SSR units and an outpatient surgery unit,- the obstetrical and paediatric accommodation,- the medico-technical functions: pharmacy, biology and mortuary room,- logistical functions: kitchen, stores, cloakrooms and workshops,- administrative functions,- construction of a 650-space car park.
