Description

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the transformer station, construction of a power generator and land development around the above mentioned facilities. The objects are located on the plot with the registration number: 314/5 precinct 0009 Mokra Prawa, registration unit 101508_2 Skierniewice. The plot is the property of ZWIK "Wod-Kan" Sp. z o.o. z/s in Mokra Prawa 30, Skierniewice commune. The scope of investment includes thermal modernization of the transformer station building, general overhaul, reorganization of rooms and replacement of all electrical and power installations and equipment due to their wear and tear and failure to meet operating standards. New electrical and power installations and devices will enable to cover the increased demand for sewage treatment plant capacity for the city of Skierniewice and will ensure a significant extension of the service life of the rebuilt facility. On the other hand, the newly built power generator will significantly increase the reliability of electricity supply, enabling normal operation of the plant during interruptions in the supply of eclectic energy from the distribution network. The transformer station and the power generator will also be incorporated into the monitoring system of the plant, which will enable the operator to shorten the reaction to irregularities in the operation of the facilities and to the occurrence of possible emergency situations as much as possible. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. land development, 2. reconstruction of the existing transformer station building, 3. construction of a power generating unit in a concrete container on a reinforced concrete foundation, 4. SCADA system in facilities cooperating with the transformer station, 5. construction of fiber optic lines in the area of a sewage treatment plant, 6. construction of a power generating unit in a concrete container on a ferroconcrete foundation. Rebuilding of the SN15kV line section LN1 from the existing ISK pole to the transformer station building, 8. Tests, measurements, start-up, tests, preparation of instructions and agreements with the Power Plant, training of personnel, etc. Note: During the works related to the reconstruction of the transformer station, the Contractor shall ensure the continuity of power supply for all facilities within the sewage treatment plant. Works must be carried out in such a way that the waste water treatment plant, during conversion, is supplied with power from at least two sources for a maximum period of time. When selecting the most advantageous tender, the Awarding Entity shall apply the following criteria: a) the criterion of "gross price of the tender". (b) the "guarantee period" criterion (Og) - weight 40 %. Note: The contracting authority shall specify: the minimum duration of the guarantee: 36 months, maximum period: 60 months.
