The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works based on the Employer's documentation and building permit for the investment entitled "Construction of the new seat of the State Archive in Bydgoszcz" at Karłowicza Street in Bydgoszcz on the grounds of the plot no. 37/11 obr. 178.General parameters of the building:- width - 35,90 m,- length - 58,50 m,- height - 16,50 m,- number of storeys: 4 overground,- cubature - 23 501,38 m3,- usable surface - 7 525,19 m2,- ground floor - 1 851,61 m2,- first floor - 1 865,72 m2,- second floor - 1 896,73 m2,- third floor - 1 911,07 m2,- building surface: 2 100,15 m2.Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Design documentation, including: construction designs, detailed designs, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, description of equipment technology, bills of quantities.Detailed terms and conditions of the contract execution have been defined by the Ordering Party in the proposed provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
The subject matter of the contract is the performance of building works based on the Ordering Party's design documentation and building permit for the investment entitled: "The construction of the new seat of the National Archive in Bydgoszcz" at Karłowicza Street in Bydgoszcz, on the grounds of plot no. 37/11 obr. 178.2. 1, the Contracting Authority requires, in particular, performance of the following works:(a) earthworks;b) aggregate backfills and sleepers;c) concreting;d) reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures;e) masonry work;f) damp insulation;g) thermal insulation;h) roofing work;i) plasterboard linings;j) internal plastering;k) suspended ceilings;l) window and door ironwork;);u) ventilated facade;v) demolition work;w) paved surfaces and public access roads;x) water supply connection and installation;y) sanitary and rain water drainage connection and installation;z) exterior electrical installations;Aa) cold and hot water installation;Bb) hydrant water installation;cc) sanitary sewer system;Dd) fixture and fittings installation;Ee) electrical and low-current installations;Ff) landscaping, internal roads, greenery.General building parameters: - width - 35,90 m,- length - 58,50 m,- height - 16,50 m,- number of storeys: 4 overground,- cubature - 23 501,38 m3,- usable area - 7 525,19 m2,- ground floor - 1 851,61 m2,- first floor - 1 865,72 m2,- second floor - 1 896,73 m2,- third floor - 1 911,07 m2,- building footprint: 2,100.15 m2.3. In addition, under this contract, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to supply and install the following items of equipment during the construction works before final acceptance, i.e.:- built-in archival shelving for strict storage (mobile, fixed and map racks), described respectively in the executive design "Technology description" item 63,- archival disinfection chamber (fumigation chamber) with equipment and installation, described respectively in the executive design "Technology description" item 58,- Faraday cage,- a Faraday cage, - permanent furniture fittings,- screen in the conference room,- bathroom fittings requiring installation,- telephone sets - compatible with the installed telephone exchange A detailed description of the equipment included in the delivery is presented in the technical documentation in the detailed design - Architecture - Description of Technology. The equipment in accordance with the indications of the description of individual items contained in the "Pre-execution building stage_technology AwB" and "Pre-execution SM APwB".4: The Contractor shall have at the construction site or in its immediate vicinity, at a distance of not more than 2 km from its boundary, office premises where the construction documents including in particular the construction design, the detailed design, the BMP (construction office) shall be kept. As part of the construction office, the Contractor is obliged to prepare technical facilities for the Contracting Authority (make containers available or rent office space at the Contractor's expense):- 1 office room for the Employer - with an area of 15 m2 - equipped with 3 bookcases, 3 desks, 8 chairs (with adjustable backrest, swivel base, sliding on wheels, free-standing clothes hanger, Internet),- access to kitchen facilities - equipped with basic equipment (kettle, coffee maker, microwave),- access to toilet,- all rooms must be equipped with air conditioning and heating system.The office has to be accessible (...)Full description is included in SWZ chapter V Description of the subject of the contract and in the attachment to SWZ.
