Due to the requirements of monument protection, the usual principles of restoration have been adapted in the restoration concept by an expert planner. The concrete renovation includes several construction areas, which cannot be processed in one go. Basically, there are the following areas of renovation:KG: mainly selective damage repair and minor surface repairs to walls and ceilings. Partly extensive redevelopment in the area of casemates. Partial order from OS Systeme.indoor swimming pool: Essentially selective damage, partly from the scaffolding. Column feet and smaller area renovations. Restoration of damaged areas on the enclosed diving platform and the window bands. Coating of the diving platforms. Removal and coating work on the round steel pipe installed in the outer areas: spot repairs partly from the scaffolding, partly under ground level. Area-wide concrete removal work from the scaffolding. Removal and new application of OS systems.coarse quantities:- 2 500 m2 check component surfaces;- 3 50 m2 concrete removal - 1 mm;- 760 m2 concrete removal - 20 mm;- 118 m2 concrete removal - 40 mm;- 50 m2 concrete application + 25 mm;- 218 m2 concrete application + 40 mm;- 350 pcs. damaged areas of various sizes;- 200 m crack injection;- 200 kg reinforcement replacement;- 60 pcs. Reinforcement connections.
