Description
This lot includes a preparatory phase for the construction of the aquatic centre. The work is as follows:
- demolition and evacuation of all structures and equipment on the right-of-way for the new aquatic centre,
- Relocation of existing networks within the perimeter of the new building to allow the continuity of operation of the existing pool and other facilities during construction.
The 2nd phase of the works includes the preparation of the works rights-of-way, general earthworks, the execution of road works and networks.
