Description

The overall public performance contract includes the following services:1) architectural and technical design of an aquatic centre composed of: 1 pool of 25 m, 5 lanes with width, depth from 1.30 to 2 m (337.5 m2); 1 learning pool of 100 m2, depth from 0.70 m to 1.30 m; 1 play pool of 150 m2, depth from 1.30 m; 1 paddling pool of 20 m2; 1 indoor Splash pad (7 to 10 games); 1 slide of 60 ml; 1 spa area including 2 hammams, 2 saunas, 1 spa pool of 1.30 m depth covered with 50 m2 and hydrotherapy showers; 1 fitness area of 150 m2 including 1 cardio room with equipment (provided by the delegate) and 1 group class room. The total built area is estimated at approximately 3,200 m2 (including technical premises). This design shall be in accordance with the detailed programme and performance requirements to be provided in the tender dossier to candidates eligible to submit a tender. The holder will also be responsible for all the procedures relating to the project (in particular the preparation of the building permit application file);2) construction of the aquatic centre (including earthworks), related studies and project management missions;3) maintenance of the structure, preventive and curative operation-maintenance P2 and P3 total guarantee and equipment renewal. Level P1, energy and fluid supply, will be provided by a delegate under a public service delegation contract (such as leasing) separate from this procedure.
