France - Construction work for buildings relating to law and order institutions or emergency services and military buildings

Description

The work to be carried out in Building No. 101 concerns the supply and installation of the external joinery necessary for the partial transformation of the building and the internal joinery. The work will be carried out in accordance with standards, NF-DTU and manufacturers' recommendations, in particular NF P 23-311 and NF-DTU 36.5 and 39. The elements concerned are: - all cylinders with their keys,- all interior door units with their equipment,- interior signage,- sliding doors for cupboards and interior fittings - wooden baseboards,- laminated panel cladding,- an electrical technical cupboard,- aluminium exterior door units,- solid and glazed burglar-resistant door units,- aluminium skirts on window sills,- venetian blinds for windows,- wooden and steel interior stairs,- exterior railings. The contractor will ensure the removal and installation of hardware for the painting of the joineries under lot no. 04: locks, headers, strikers, strikers, joints, hinges, etc. will not have to be painted. Note: The dimensions shown in this document and on the drawings are for information only and must be measured on site to determine the exact dimensions. For the bays to be modified or created, this lot will provide the ribs to the holder of lot #01. The holder must carry out the studies, the sizing by an approved design office and the construction of all the earthworks, roadworks and structural works of this lot. The works include: - studies, design of the works to be carried out, - preliminary removal and demolition work, - modification of bays (sealing, opening, extension, adaptation), - construction of various fences: bays, openings, openings, punctual completion of interior and exterior plasters, - adaptation of thresholds for the access doors to the extension to allow PMR access to the building, - recovery of part of the existing obsolete stormwater network. For the creation of the extension: - studies, dimensioning of the works to be carried out, - carrying out mass excavations and gutter excavations, - taking over the rainwater networks from the future building to the existing networks, - carrying out clean concrete for the foundations,- the construction of the reinforced concrete foundations (continuous footings),- the construction of the building's foundations,- the construction of the external walls in wooden framework with the cladding integrating the thermal insulation,- the construction of the paving,- the construction of the pre-insulated steel tray roof,- the rebuilding of the building's surroundings. The work concerns building No. 101. The purpose of the technical specifications is to define the services, specifications of materials, products and elements as well as the methods of execution of the works with their constraints and the performances to be obtained not specified by the standards and regulations: - NF C 15-100 and associated UTE guides,- NF in 62305-2 for protection against lightning,- labour code. The works include: - preliminary work to decommission or modify existing low-voltage LV installations as defined in the general provisions,- installation of a distribution board in clearance no. 00-008,- low-voltage installations distributed from the distribution board, with lightning protection,- indoor and outdoor lighting installations,- cables waiting at the equipment locations for the other lots,- construction of a standard computer/telephone network:-- the creation of a standard computer/telephone network inside the building,-- the acceptance of the low-current network,- emergency lighting installations,- the installation of a videophone with reference to the secretariat,- earthing installations up to the earthing terminal,- checks, tests and measurements on all installations created or modified for electrical installations. This lot concerns the construction of plasterboard distribution partitions and the construction of plasterboard lining and cladding partitions. The work will be carried out in accordance with NF DTU 25.41, 25.42, current standards, technical opinions, specific studies and manufacturer's recommendations and will include in addition: - the diagrams in principle of the frames and the connections between the different planes and the plan for the installation of the lines,- the recognition of the support walls, the definition and execution of the preparatory work to make the supports suitable for the installation of the various plasterwork elements,- the installation and tracing,- the supply and installation, adjustment and fixing to the support structure of the primary frames if necessary (for the ceilings),- the supply and installation of the planned insulation and vapour barrier, - the installation of frames and frames, - the treatment of connections with frames and frames with at least the implementation, in addition to the NF/DTU, of provisions concerning heavy doors, - the treatment of joints between slab structures and structures of a different nature and the closure of the ends of the lining partitions, - for all protruding corners: the cladding by galvanized metal corner angle embedded in the plaster used for the treatment of the joints,- the treatment by offset support of the joints of the end joints of not thinned plate for the ceilings, or the use of plates with thinned edges on 4 sides,- the cladding around the bays with flared flashings at 30o for bays with joinery kept in place or for doors, and without flashings for the others,- the filler and plaster connections on all structures after the passage of the other Corps,- according to the needs of the other Corps: the supply and installation of fastening reinforcements (additional crossbar, plate, distribution plate, etc.)), additional lines, the realization of special joints. The distribution and lining partitions will be fitted with flush-mounted ducts and ducts during assembly. For a given system, all framing components will be those prescribed by the manufacturer. The sanitary plumbing works to be carried out include the supply and installation of the materials and equipment necessary for the complete implementation of the systems listed below, including the study and preliminary calculations, inspections, rinsing, leakage and functional tests, disinfection, terminal rinsing and commissioning: - sanitary equipment with its accessories,- cold water distribution,- domestic hot water distribution,- waste water and black water discharge. The water distribution will comply with the rules of the installations for water intended for human consumption. The limits of these services are: For the distribution of cold water and domestic hot water: downstream, the connection of the equipment provided (benches) by the user to existing expectations. For wastewater and black water discharges: downstream, the connection of the equipment provided (benches) by the user to existing expectations. The work also includes the decommissioning and emptying of the existing installation as defined in the general provisions, the justification of the calculations, plans indicating the paths, type and diameter of the pipes, and showing the location of the accessories (valves, traps, etc.), the settling plans.
