Description

This consultation is part of the project to modernize the Fontenay Asset Maintenance Workshop (AMP) and concerns the roadworks, structural work and architectural work packages (plastering, carpentry, suspended ceilings, hard floors, painting and wall coverings).
With the extension of the pneumatic metro lines, in particular lines 11 and 14, the heritage maintenance unit has seen its fleet of rolling stock increase by a factor of 1.5, to 1600 cars. This change in the fleet, combined with an increase in the number of kilometres travelled, has led to a doubling of the number of kilometers travelled on the pneumatic metro lines. Thus, despite the fact that maintenance times are being spaced out, the production capacity of the Fontenay-sous-Bois Asset Maintenance Workshop (AMP) must be doubled in order to be able to maintain approximately 500 bogies per year. The AMP occupies an area of approximately 20,000 m² and is divided into several workshops. Local structures independent of the building's framework create closed rooms, sometimes on one floor. The central aisle of the AMP is dedicated to the circulation of a subway car transport equipment. The associated works and services include in particular (detailed list of the services to be carried out mentioned in the CCTP of the DCE attached to the application file):- Execution studies;- Specific installation of the building site;- Works of VRD:- Demolition of the existing coatings,- Preliminary earthworks,- Drainage EP and various networks (fire water and dry networks),- Realization of roadway and paths,- Green spaces;- Service of deconstruction / evacuation, cleaning, structural work, masonry:- Removal (rails, ironworks, etc.) and demolition (concrete works, etc.),- Construction of a new building) and demolition (concrete works, etc.) including dumpingCivil engineering works of the infrastructure (foundations, slabs, rafts, etc.) and superstructure (walls, beams, slabs, stairs, knockers, etc.)Architectural lots:- Realization of partitions (plasterboard, removable, plexiglass, shower/toilet cubicle) and interior thermal lining,- Realization of interior joinery (fixed glazed frames, solid core door units, trapdoor, wall cladding, etc.), fittings (exterior terrace, office counter, etc.) and interior/exterior signage Realization of suspended ceilings (plasterboard, acoustic, metal tray, etc..) including cheeks, - Realization of hard floors (including waterproofing system and acoustic underlay) and wall covering in porcelain stoneware, - Realization of paintings and wall coverings including general cleaning.Services outside the scope of the contract (non-exhaustive list):- The installation and rental of the life base (lot 01 of the project);- The installations of site, logistics and flow of site (lot 02 of the project);- The works of depollution / removal of asbestos (lot 03 of the project);- The works of metal framework / roofing, waterproofing, smoke removal, facade, exterior joinery, metalwork, locksmithing (lot 05 of the project);- The works of floor resin of the technical rooms (lot 06 of the project);- The technical lots of the project (CFA/CFO/SSI, HVAC, plumbing, gas comp, etc..The description of the works, their technical specifications and the constraints of realization are indicated in the provisional DCE.The present consultation is launched without possible additional services and without variant.
