France - Construction work for buildings for artistic and cultural use

Description

This contract covers demolition on the one hand and masonry and shell construction on the other hand:1) demolition of approximately 500 m2 of partition walls, demolition of 720 m2 of paving on the ground floor, demolition of a tiled lean-to and removal of a fuel tank and removal of the metal spiral staircase, first floor sanitary facilities, vertical book pass and its sheath, sliding gate and fence;2) masonry and shell construction:- sealing of openings and hoppers, construction of a screed after laying compact furniture rails throughout the ground floor and in the premises receiving compact furniture on the first floor, construction of interior walls made of concrete agglomerates coated with a coating allowing the creation of waste bins and bicycles in the courtyard,- renovation of the walls of facades modified after sealing the access doors and facade coating on the existing extension,- construction of a new pavement on the ground floor in the ground floor. The works covered by this contract mainly concern:1) the partitions:- the construction of 700 m2 of partitions/doublings in plasterboard with heights varying between 3 m and 3.80 m,- airtight membranes (walls and ceilings) in the partitions for archive rooms.2) ceilings: construction of plasterboard ceilings (REI 60) to obtain a fire resistance of 1:00.3) painting: painting of all the structures preserved and newly built in this lot with preparation of the supports (900 m2 of glass canvas and paint);4) interior joinery:- door units EI 30 (with airtight seals in rooms with controlled humidity) equipped with door closers for all the rooms,- technical cupboards facades EI 30,- various joinery. The works covered by this contract mainly concern:1) the supply and installation of external wooden joinery for the first floor, according to the drawings of the existing joinery in the upper floors: construction of fixed or opening opaque frames incorporating an insulating, airtight and occulting complex (25 u) and construction of glazed frames (8 u);2) occultations: installation of motorized internal roller blinds (6 u). The work covered by this contract mainly concerns the production of an industrial floor covering cast in epoxy resin consisting of several successive layers: primer and epoxy primer and primer, urethane membrane and glass fabrics, polyvalent two-component solvent-free coating finish, colour to be defined (1 400 m2). The works covered by this contract mainly concern: - the removal of external joinery (4 u) and a 4 m X 3.60 m sectional door,- the supply and installation of metal doors (7 u), a motorized sectional door and a crinoline ladder,- the construction of a fence and a motorized sliding gate. The works covered by this contract mainly concern:- the implementation of compact motorized mobile shelving and drawers, equipped with LED lighting in the main storage rooms (200 ml),- the supply, installation and integration of mobile shelving guide rails in the screeds provided for in the structural works package. The works covered by this contract mainly concern: - high and low voltage electrical equipment at DRC and R+1 levels (lighting, sockets, computer workstations),- modification of the TGBT and creation of new divisional cabinets,- replacement of the SSI and sensor heads, extension of detection to DRC and R+1 levels and settings,- replacement of the intrusion alarm and intercom system. The work covered by this contract mainly concerns: - the supply, installation and connection of air conditioning cabinets for each storage room with maintenance of the temperature and humidity of the collections (11 u),- implementation of a reversible VRV unit for heating and air conditioning of other premises (offices, changing rooms),- reuse of collection and discharge wells in the groundwater for cooling the air conditioning cabinets, including cleaning of the borehole, pump, networks, etc.- construction of a double-flow ventilation system (CTA flow rate 2100 m3/h),- installation of a CTM for HVAC systems,- production of domestic hot water (3 electric cumulus units),- implementation of a new plumbing and water drainage network,- supply and installation of sanitary appliances. The works covered by this contract mainly concern:1) exterior joinery:- supply and installation of exterior steel joinery for the ground floor, according to the design of existing joinery (1930s industrial type) - construction of fixed or opening opaque frames incorporating an insulating, airtight and occulting complex (8 u) and construction of glazed frames (3 u).2) occultations: installation of motorized internal roller blinds (2 u).
