Description
The rehabilitation concerns an R+7 building with a living area of approximately 2,586 m2 and will take place in an occupied area. Main works: thermal insulation from the outside, replacement of exterior joinery, replacement of roller shutters, renovation of façades, improvement of ventilation, interventions in subsection 4, creation of new common premises, renovation of halls and outdoor spaces with redevelopment of green spaces. In housing, on a case-by-case basis: revision of landing doors, replacement of sanitary equipment, electrical safety/compliance and rehabilitation of wet rooms.
