Description

The general economic operator will be responsible for the construction (shell and finishing, e. g. doors, gates, airlocks, etc.), the layout (e. g. offices, meeting rooms, restaurant, etc.), the installation of standard techniques such as electricity (HV, LV, emergency power supply, UPS, lighting, motive power, low-current and data cabling, etc.) and the installation of the following standard techniques...), HVAC (for offices, a restaurant with kitchen, workspaces and with a... a TIER III cooling of 2 small data rooms) and the layout of the perimeter, green areas and parking.
The general economic operator is not only responsible for the coordination of content and technique and the integration of all disciplines within his mission, but also for the coordination and integration of all other special techniques or deliveries (explosion-proof doors, automation techniques, active security, etc.) ordered by the Bank.
In the context of sustainable operation, geothermal energy and a large area of solar panels will be provided. The general economic operator will not only be responsible for the construction, but will also be responsible for the operation of the building and facilities for 8 years. A very high availability of some installations will be required. Temporary acceptance of the building and facilities is scheduled for mid-2022.
