Description

The project concerns the renovation of the main building and sports building with a surface area of approximately 10 000 m2 GLA. The main building will be rebuilt in phases and should therefore remain partly operational (two phases of approximately 50 %). For the exact description and details we refer to the Selection Board. E.g. two x a round of Questions and Answers have been included and the requirements have been clustered. The Selection Board is therefore leading.
Renovation of the main building and sports building with a size of approximately 10,000 m2 GLA.The adjustments concern: - internal demolition of a number of walls and the installation of new walls, - replacement of the suspended ceilings and work on lighting, - adjustments of wall and floor finishes and doors (incl. colours) where necessary, - aesthetic adjustments to the entrances of both buildings, - supply and install heat pumps for heat and cold to improve climate, - replacement of WtW-units and expansion of AHU's to improve ventilation, - replacement of all radiators and convectors, - expansion of data installations.
