The contract was divided into two partial tasks Task 1 Implementation of the investment entitled Improving the conditions for service and development of the SEZ Starachowice S.A., inter alia, through the construction of a collision-free road crossing over the railroad line No. 25 in Starachowice. As part of the proceedings Improving conditions for service and development of the Starachowice SEZ S.A., inter alia, through the construction of a collision-free road crossing over the railroad line No. 25 in Starachowice. The order includes: construction of a road overpass over railroad line No. 25 along with access roads, a bicycle path and a pedestrian walkway; reconstruction of the existing Father Jerzy Popieluszko circular traffic intersection into a roundabout-type intersection; expansion of Radomska Street; expansion of Marszalka Piłsudskiego Street as an inlet of the traffic circle; construction of a new course of ul. Hutnicza (inlet of the turbine traffic circle); construction of an access road to serve the areas adjacent to the National Archives building, together with a turning area, parking spaces and a maneuvering road; expansion of the intersection of Hutnicza Street with Radomska Street, Sportowa Street and Nadrzeczna Street; construction of the intersection of Radomska Street with ul. Kanalowa; expansion of ul. Wielkopiecowa; demolition of buildings colliding with the investment; construction and reconstruction of individual exits; construction and reconstruction of public exits; construction and reconstruction of pedestrian walkways; construction of a bicycle path; construction of bus bays; cutting of colliding trees and bushes; construction of vertical and horizontal signage and traffic safety devices; extension of storm water drainage system; reconstruction of water supply network; reconstruction of gas network; demolition of structures; construction of street lighting lines; reconstruction of electrical power networks; reconstruction of telecommunication networks; reconstruction of LPN 15 kV between PT Starachowice KS Wąchock. Construction of a parking lot for passenger cars (57 parking spaces) along with pedestrian and road paths, electric vehicle charging station and electrical installation (internal networks) on plots no. 729/68, 729/64, 729/63, 729/67, 729/66, 729/65, 727/1 and 728/11, as well as demolition of the LPG filling station on plot of land no. 729/68 on Kwiatkowskiego Street in Starachowice; development of the public space of Radomska Street from Hutnicza Sportowa Street to ul. Fabryczna Street in Starachowice; green public transport stops Detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in the Project Documentation and Detailed Technical Specifications attached to these proceedings Task 2 Management and supervision of the implementation of the investment entitled Improving the conditions of service and development of the Starachowice Special Economic Zone (SSE Starachowice S.A.), inter alia, through the construction of a collision-free road crossing over the railroad line No. 25 in Starachowice. As part of the proceedings Improving the conditions for service and development of the Starachowice SEZ S.A., inter alia, through the construction of a collision-free road crossing over the railroad line No. 25 in Starachowice. The contract includes the provision of services related to the supervision of the implementation of construction works specified in task no. 1 of these proceedings. The service includes, in particular, management and coordination of the implementation of the construction, verification of the project documentation, provision of investor supervision services over the construction work specified in Task No. 1 of these proceedings , control and acceptance of the quality of materials to be built in. Task 1 Execution of the investment titled "Improving the conditions of service and development of the Starachowice Special Economic Zone S.A., among others, through the construction of a collision-free road overpass over railroad line No. 25 in Starachowice.The order includes: construction of a road overpass over railroad line No. 25 along with access roads, a bicycle path and a pedestrian walkway; reconstruction of the existing circular traffic intersection named after Father Jerzy Popieluszko into a traffic circle type intersection; extension of ul.
