Description

The subject of the order is the comprehensive implementation of works related to the construction of new heat and electricity generation units under the task called "Reconstruction of the District Boiler Room "Pod Grapą" for the needs of high-efficiency cogeneration and new gas-fired generation units".The investment will be carried out in two locations, i.e. on the premises of Miejski Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej , "EKOTERM" Sp. z o.o. at 14 Folwark Street and on the premises of "Śrubena Unia" Sp. z o.o. at 5 Grunwaldzka Street.
The subject of the order is the comprehensive implementation of works related to the construction of new heat and power generation units as part of the task called "Reconstruction of the District Boiler House "Pod Grapą" for the needs of high-efficiency cogeneration and new gas-fired generation units".The investment will be implemented in two locations, i.e. on the premises of Miejski Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej , "EKOTERM" Sp. z o.o. at 14 Folwark Street, and on the premises of "Śrubena Unia" Sp. z o.o. at 5 Grunwaldzka Street.For the location at 14 Folwark Street, a construction project was prepared and a Construction Permit No. WB.6740.599.2023. dated 12.07.2023, however, due to the fact that, in relation to the original investment order, the liquidation of coal boilers at the "Pod Grapą" District Boiler Room was abandoned, while the remaining part of the task in terms of cogeneration and biomass boiler room was implemented, the target scope of work is presented in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU).For the location at 5 Grunwaldzka Street, a construction project was also made and Construction Permit No. WB.6740.1655.2020 dated 19.04.2023, but due to minor changes in relation to the original investment intention, a Functional and Utility Program was developed. The investment will be located on plots No. 2988/19, 2988/18, 2988/20, precinct 0007 in Zywiec at 14 Folwark Street and 6453/7; 6453/2; 6453/9; 6453/10; 6453/20; 6453/21;6453/23; 6453/26; 6529/1 6453/5, precinct 0007 in Zywiec at 5 Grunwaldzka Street.In the location at ul. Folwark 14, the investment consists of the construction of a building where the cogeneration system and transformer station are expected to be located, along with the necessary landscaping and installation equipment, the construction of a boiler room building for the biomass heat production system, along with the necessary landscaping, with installations, devices and equipment, construction of heat accumulators and reconstruction of the existing heat plant building, including the control room, consisting of the reorganization of the heat source and control room, along with the necessary accompanying works, and changes in land use consisting of changing the location of the coal depot, slag depot and reconstruction of the carburization system for the heat plant at the location at ul. Folwark 14.In addition, the existing building of the heating plant must be rebuilt in the part related to the control room and adapted to the currently applicable fire protection regulations.In the location at 5 Grunwaldzka Street, this investment includes the construction within the "Śrubena Unia" Sp. z o.o. plant of a cogeneration unit building along with the construction of a prefabricated, containerized transformer station, installation of cooling equipment, a gas boiler room and the necessary landscaping and installation equipment.
