Description

The subject of the contract are works related to thermomodernization carried out in: Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna I stopnia w Zgierzu, ul. Sokołowska 2, 95-100 Zgierz, POLSKAThe description of the subject of the contract is, in accordance with the requirements of Article 31 of the PPL Act, design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works. The documentation consists of files in folders to which access was indicated in the announcement on the Contracting Authority's website dedicated to the procedure in question. In particular, the contractor is obliged to perform the following works: a) Insulation of walls b) Insulation of roof tiles) Replacement of windows) Replacement of doors) Installation of a hot water installation with circulation together with the construction of a hot water unit in the heating substationf) Construction of an air-conditioning system) Construction of a ventilation system) Replacement of electrical installations together with replacement of LED lighting fixtures) Rebuilding of the building through adaptation of the hall for the needs of the concert hall.the Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractors (at their own expense, within the time limits agreed with the director of the facility) carry out a local inspection.
