Description

The contract concerns the overall redevelopment of the François Peatrik sector. It comprises:- an elementary school with fifteen classrooms;- a nursery school with nine classrooms;- a leisure centre (two elementary classrooms and three nursery rooms);- a heating and dining room for each school;- a 400 m2 sports hall and its annexes;- an association centre;- a multi-accommodation centre with 60 cradles;- a 95-metre public car park in the basement (the description of the works is detailed in the CCTP).
The contract concerns the overall redevelopment work in the François Peatrik sector. It comprises:- an elementary school with fifteen classrooms;- a nursery school with nine classrooms;- a leisure centre (two elementary classrooms and three nursery rooms);- a heating and dining room for each school;- a 400 m2 sports hall and adjoining premises;- an association centre;- a multi-purpose centre with 60 cradles;- a 95-metre public car park in the basement.This is a single contract. The works making up the contract for the overall redevelopment of the François Peatrik sector will be paid for in application of the overall and fixed price fixed in Article 3 of the deed of commitment by the contractor. The contract shall be concluded from the date of its notification, for an unspecified period ending on the latest of the following dates:- the date of expiry of the "completion guarantee" period(s) provided for in the second paragraph of Article 44.1 of the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public works contracts;- the date on which the last reservation is lifted. The overall duration of the works shall be 47 months from the date of notification of the service order to start the works (including the site preparation period).
