Description

The project is the extension of the Sparkassen-Verbandsgebäude Westfalen-Lippe (SVWL) northwest of the center of Münster. There are other buildings on the site that serve the Sparkassenakademie Münster for training purposes. The extension will be carried out by adding an office building with six floors above ground. The extension is directly adjacent to the existing building, which was built in 2016. The building will be founded on piles and constructed as a solid reinforced concrete structure with partial element ceilings, flat roof and façade with facing brickwork. A material price escalator clause in accordance with Form 225 will be agreed for parts of the items to be offered.
The invitation to tender shall include, among other things, work on site equipment, earthworks, underground pipes, shafts, lightning protection, scaffolding, demolition work on the adjacent existing building, reinforced concrete work, masonry work and facing work.construction sequence and scope of work in accordance with the bill of quantities and deadlines in accordance with Form 214.
