Description

In the course of the flood event on July 14/15, 2021 in Sinzig, many objects and areas were destroyed, which now need to be rebuilt. The Realschule is divided into 3 building parts: Component E - new building, Component B1 - old building as well as the Component B2 - WC facility. An overview plan is included in the preliminary note to the tender documents. The reconstruction mainly affects the basement and the first floor.
Erection of a new PV system according to the bill of quantities. Regarding the time of execution: The services are to be started as soon as possible after the award of the contract, as the work must be coordinated with that of the electrician. The electrician has already started to provide his services. A start date for execution should be waived. The completion date is important. The completion of the service must be done by 05/30/2024. The work may be started at the discretion of and in consultation with the designer.In connection with the construction project, the following lots were each separately tendered and awarded last year: Lot 1 construction cleaning, Lot 2 floor covering works, Lot 3 facade works, Lot 4 tiling works, Lot 5 painting works, Lot 6 metal construction works, Lot 7 plastering works, Lot 8 carcassing and masonry works, Lot 9 carpentry works, Lot 10 drywall works, Lot 11 WC partition walls, Lot 13 HLS, Lot 14 electrical works. The present invitation to tender corresponds to the former invitation to tender "Lot 12 PV system", which is hereby put out to tender again.
