The subject matter of the contract covers the performance of construction works related to the comprehensive thermomodernisation of a public utility building: XIV High School (existing until 31.8.2019 as the Complex of General Education Schools No. 5), 55 Wejherowska Street in Gdynia as part of the project "Comprehensive energy modernization of public utility buildings in Gdynia".2. The construction works consist of, among others, insulation of external walls, insulation of ventilated roofs and flat roofs, insulation of foundation walls, execution of moisture insulation, replacement of parts of windows and external doors, replacement of central heating installation with panel radiators, media monitoring and heating control system in classrooms, replacement of central heating installation. Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the ToR, including, among others:3.1.1. Design documentation;3.1.2..2. specimen Agreement constituting Appendix No. 11 to To ToR.4. The Contracting Authority requires that construction works be carried out in an active facility while maintaining all hygienic and sanitary conditions, heat and electricity supply in order to enable normal operation of the public utility building. The Ordering Party is obliged to:4.1. ensure continuity of hot water supply in the period from the day of signing the contract to the day of final acceptance of the subject of the contract4.2. ensure continuity of heat supply in the heating period from the day of signing the contract to the day of final acceptance of the subject of the contract4.3. ensure continuity of electricity supply in the period from the day of signing the contract to the day of final acceptance of the subject of the contract4.4. ensure continuity of operation of mechanical ventilation in the catering part, i.e. from the day of signing the contract to the day of final acceptance of the subject of the contract4.5. agree on the dates of possible interruptions in the supply of utilities not causing the impossibility of normal functioning of the public utility building, with appropriate services and representatives of the building.5The Contractor shall give a guarantee of not less than 36 mc for the completed work of the building. Regardless of the rights arising from the guarantee, the Customer is entitled to a warranty for defects, which expires after 60 mc from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract.6. The service should include all manufacturer's guidelines, including, but not limited to, the frequency of servicing the equipment, replacement of the components covered by the service, to ensure proper operation of the installed equipment and ensure that the warranty conditions are maintained. The subject matter of the contract includes the performance of construction works related to the comprehensive thermomodernization of a public utility building: Zespół Placówek Specjalistycznych, Wejherowska 65 Street in Gdynia as part of the project "Comprehensive energy modernization of public utility buildings in Gdynia".2. The construction works consist of, among others, insulation of external walls, insulation of ventilated roofs and flat roofs, insulation of foundation walls, execution of vertical damp-proof and horizontal insulation with the use of the crystal injection method, modernization of central heating installation with the installation of the control system on low parameters and adjustable valves, replacement of radiator parts, installation of radiator screens, modernization of central heating installation.The subject of the order concerns the execution of construction works together with all other accompanying works and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the necessary permits related to the execution of the subject of the public utility building order.3The scope and detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, for individual public utility buildings, is contained in:3.1.1. Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the ToR, including among others:3.1.1. The construction works consist of, among others, insulation of external walls together with crack repairs, insulation of attic, insulation of foundation walls, moisture insulation, replacement of window joinery parts, replacement of central heating system with panel radiators together with media monitoring and heating control system in classrooms, modernization of central heating and hot water collector station, replacement of hot water installations.
