The subject of the contract covers the design and execution of construction works consisting in thermal modernization and change of heating method together with accompanying works in the building. The purpose of the contract is to ensure adequate thermal insulation and energy efficiency of the building, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. External dimensions of the building (length, width, height) do not change as a result of the order execution. The building is covered with a gable roof with an inclination angle of 10 and 5 %.
