Description

The City of Remscheid intends to build a new sports hall complex on the site of the Albert Einstein Comprehensive School in Remscheid and therefore intends to award a contract for the design and construction services, the demolition services, the interim construction financing services, taking into account progress payments as well as maintenance and inspection services for up to 10 years after the legal acceptance of the entire object. The client assumes a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 4,650 m2 for the new construction of the sports hall complex.
The services to be provided by the future contractor include in particular:- the complete planning (object planning, TGA planning, supporting structure, outdoor facilities planning, etc.) for the new construction of the sports hall complex incl. all functional areas the demolition of the existing buildings and the new construction of the sports hall complex, consisting ofo three-field sports hallo single-field sports hallo single-field large sports hallo parking palleto schoolyard areaDue to the requirements of the site, the sports halls are to be constructed as stacked sports halls, i.e.the three-field sports hall on the top level, the other areas of use on the lower level.- the development and connection of the new sports hall complex to the existing buildings and the new schoolyard area the development and connection to the supply lines to all necessary media- the planning and construction of the site equipment- interim construction financing of the planning and construction work, taking into account contractually defined down payments- maintenance and inspection services for extended warranty periods (roof/roof waterproofing work 10years, other structural works 5years) from acceptance of the overall object
