Description
The tender takes place on behalf of the Avans Foundation and concerns the renovation of the Hogeschoollaan 1 in Breda. The enormous growth in the number of students and the higher degree of occupancy in combination with the new educational ambition must be translated into a new educational environment with a clear structure, better accessibility and distribution of the catering facilities. The existing building at Hogeschoollaan 1 in Breda will be made more sustainable on the one hand, and on the other hand the entire interior will be adapted to the new requirements in terms of comfort and educational concept. It concerns a renovation of approximately 33,500 m2 GFA.
