The city of Freinsheim Sanierungsträger GmbH is planning the construction of a residential complex consisting of 4 buildings with 10 residential units each on Erpolzheimer Straße in Freinsheim. The two southern houses B&D will have an underground car park with a total of 38 parking spaces.The subject of this invitation to tender is sanitary installations.This involves the construction of a drinking water and wastewater system for 40 residential units.All wastewater pipes will be made of PE-S2 pipe with appropriate fittings and connectors for acoustic reasons. All wastewater pipes will be provided with cleaning openings when they enter the ground pipes. The entire wastewater system will be ventilated via string ventilation. The drainage of all systems above the backflow level is carried out as gravity drainage, the drainage below the backflow level (e.g. basement) is carried out via a lifting system. The pressure loop of the lifting unit is routed at least 10 cm above the backflow level. The drinking water house connection is provided in a separate technical center in the underground parking area. After the central water meter (EVU), backflow preventers and filters (with automatic backwash and fixed wastewater connection) are arranged. To protect the drinking water quality, the safety devices required by DIN 1988 - 300 will be installed. A supply pressure of 4 bar is guaranteed by the supplier. In order to ensure the necessary minimum flow pressure at all tapping points, a central multi-stage pressure boosting system will be provided. The piping systems and materials will be exclusively DVGW-approved stainless steel systems. The connection will be made by press fittings. Shut-offs are carried out in some areas by means of shut-off valves. Pipes and fittings are insulated in accordance with EnEV. To comply with drinking water hygiene requirements according to DIN 1988-200 and VDI 6023, all pipelines will be looped through.
